Hassle-Free Return & Replacement Policy
Our return & replacement policy ensures you can return products within 15 days of receiving them. To request a return & replacement, contact us within this period. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check. If the item is damage-free and meets our return criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 days.
Decordec offer free return & replacement shipping. We will arrange to pick up the item from your location or, if you prefer, you can self-ship the item within 48 hours of requesting the return & replacement. For rug returns, simply contact our customer service team to start the return & replacement process and receive detailed instructions.
To initiate a return & replacement, call +91-9891332338 or email shop@decordec.com. We will arrange pickup within 3-4 working days. If you choose to self-ship, ensure the item is dispatched within 48 hours of requesting the return & replacement. Please pack the rug in its original material; if the packing is damaged, contact customer service for guidance.
The return & replacement process typically takes 8-10 days. Once the item is received, it will be inspected, and a refund will be issued within 15 days. You can choose to make a new purchase or receive a refund to your bank or original payment method.
Return shipping is free for items returned within India. For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs, except when the return is due to manufacturing defects.
Terms & Conditions
- Return the item within 15 days of receipt.
- Ensure the item is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
- The item must not be used, washed, altered, or soiled in any way.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- The item must include the original packing, labels, and tags intact. An altered or illegible serial number will invalidate the return.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item passes the quality inspection.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request you to provide a picture of the rug to shop@decordec.com. After examining the returned item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
- India: The “15 Days Money Back Policy” is applicable only for purchases made within India (not applicable for custom or offline orders).
- International: The return policy is applicable only to items with manufacturing defects.
- A customer can initiate a return up to twice within a six-month period. After two returns, the customer will be responsible for any freight charges associated with further returns.
