Our 15-day money-back policy ensures you can return products within 15 days of receiving them. To request a return, please contact us within this period. Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough quality check. If the item is found to be damage-free and meets our return criteria, we will process your refund, which will be issued within 5-7 days.
We are pleased to offer FREE return shipping for your convenience. We will arrange to pick up the item from your location at a mutually convenient time. If you prefer to self-ship the item, please ensure it is dispatched within 48 hours of requesting the return. For returning a rug, simply reach out to our customer service team to start the process. Our team will provide detailed instructions and assist you throughout the return procedure.
The return request must be raised within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. To initiate the process, call us at +91-9891332338 or email us at shop@decordec.com. Within 3-4 working days, we will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location at a mutually agreed time. If you choose to self-ship, please ensure that the item is dispatched within 48 hours of raising the return request. Ensure that the rug is packed in its original packing material. If the packing material is damaged, please discuss this with our Customer Service Team for guidance. Securely pack the rug and seal the package before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep. Collect an acknowledgment from the pickup person, such as a pickup receipt, tracking number, or SMS confirmation, as proof of return.
The entire return process typically takes around 8-10 days from the receipt of the returned item. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a comprehensive quality check. If the item is found to be damage-free and in its original condition, we will initiate the refund process within 15 days of receiving it at our warehouse. You have the option to either make another purchase using the same amount or receive a refund to your bank account. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be processed directly to your bank account. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source, such as your Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking account.
Please note that return shipping is free only for items returned within India. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to manufacturing defects. Terms & Conditions
- Return the item within 15 days of receipt.
- Ensure the item is returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
- The item must not be used, washed, altered, or soiled in any way.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- The item must include the original packing, labels, and tags intact. An altered or illegible serial number will invalidate the return.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once the item passes the quality inspection.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request you to provide a picture of the rug to shop@decordec.com. After examining the returned item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
- India: The “15 Days Money Back Policy” is applicable only for purchases made within India (not applicable for custom or offline orders).
- International: The return policy is applicable only to items with manufacturing defects.
- A customer can initiate a return up to twice within a six-month period. After two returns, the customer will be responsible for any freight charges associated with further returns.
