Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We are partnered with some of the top rated shipping companies like DHL, Aramex, and Delhivery & Ship rocket. We offer both National & International Shipping delivering product within few days only.
How long will delivery take?
The delivery of the product depends on the shipping partners and shipping method chosen. It varies from one shipping company to another.
Made to order or custom orders takes extra time for delivery.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After order being placed by the customer, our manufacturing team prepares the order within the given time.
After being manufactured, the Packaging process is done by us and then we handle the order to our Shipping partners. So they could deliver the product on time.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, after your order status changes from Processing to Completed. You will receive your Invoice through mail or you can also download it from the my account Dashboard.
What is your return policy?

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?
As soon as your order gets placed and the Payment done by the customer.
Sometimes, it also depends on Bank through which the Payment is done and it varies from one Bank to another Bank.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You can mail our sales team directly at shop@decordec.in with the Products Invoice. Our Sales team will try to get in touch with you as soon as possible.
You can also place your order for replacement, if you received a damaged product.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No, you can’t change or cancel an order after placing the order. Because some of our products includes Made to order products and it would result in a loss to our Business.
We accept Order replacements, if in case you received a damaged product but we don’t accept Order Cancellations
What is "package tracking"in my orders?
The “package tracking” features allows you to track your orders by filling details like “Order Identification number” &” Billing E-mail address” of the customer.

Wish lists are collections of desired products saved by customers to their user account, signifying interest without immediate intent to purchase…
If a customer is adding any product to their Wish list, then they will get automatic notifications when the Products price is decreased or increased.
